1.1 The Members discussed the forward work programme and agreed to return to this item at a later date.
2 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
2.1 Apologies were received from Darren Millar.
3 Implementation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014: factual briefing from Welsh Government officials
3.1 The officials responded to questions from Members.
3.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Chair of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee to indicate that it intended to consider the draft regulations to be laid under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 in relation to eligibility.
